iPhone 16 and 16 Pro Series: When Does the Pre-order Start?
In its official announcement blog post, Apple confirmed that the iPhone 16 series will be available to pre-order starting from September 13, 2024, Friday, via Apple’s website. Here is a complete list of pre-order start times around the world:
- U.S.: 5:00 AM PDT (7:00 AM CST or 8:00 AM EST)
- UK: 1:00 PM GMT
- Europe: 2:00 PM CEST
- India: 5:30 PM IST

The iPhone 16 series will be available in over 58 countries and regions from September 20. However, certain countries and regions, like Macao and Vietnam, will have to wait until September 27 to get the iPhone 16 models. Prices for the iPhone 16 start at $799, while the 16 Plus model will cost $899.
The iPhone 16 Pro models remain priced starting at $999 in the U.S. Those looking for the larger iPhone 16 Pro Max will need to pay $1,199 for the 256GB base variant.
