After inviting Pumbaa and Timon to your Disney Dreamlight Valley village, you might notice a “Drawings” quest briefly pop up before disappearing. However, upon checking your mission log, you’ll find no sign of this quest existing. Fortunately, you can still solve this mystery and get an interesting reward for completing it.
How to find all seven Rafiki drawings in Disney Dreamlight Valley
When you first entered the Lion King Realm to meet Pumbaa and Timon, you may have noticed white lion symbols scattered around the area. There are seven total around the realm. Your goal is to take photos of all seven pictures before returning to Timon and learning more about their origins.
First Rafiki drawing – Oasis
Starting from the entrance portal to the Lion King Realm, head past the Oasis to find your first Rafiki drawing in an alcove next to the wooden log Pumbaa was stuck in during the Where’s Pumbaa quest. It’ll appear as a small white picture on a large boulder.
Make sure you take a picture of this drawing and the remaining six you find using your in-game phone. Selfie mode works, as long as the full drawing is in the frame. I didn’t test if the bird’s eye view mode works for this quest, so I recommend using Selfie mode as a safe bet.
Second Rafiki drawing – Oasis
From the first drawing’s location, turn around and head into the cavern connecting the Oasis to the river area. However, before entering the next area, turn toward the cave’s entrance to find the next Rafiki drawing next to a bunch of mushrooms.
Third Rafiki drawing – River
Now that you’ve found the second drawing, you can proceed to the river area. Upon exiting the cave, turn left immediately to spot the next drawing on a boulder. To see it fully, you’ll have to walk up to the river and turn around, as the ground and nearby leafy bush will obscure your vision.
Fourth Rafiki drawing – River
The fourth Rafiki drawing is also in the river area. As you turn around and approach the ramp up to the wooden log bridge, turn left instead to find the lion drawing behind some plants. To get a picture that counts for this quest, you may have to use the bridge to get closer to the drawing before taking a quick selfie.
Fifth Rafiki drawing – Camp
The last three Rafiki drawings are in the camp area where you spent time with Timon and Pumbaa. The first is the most challenging to find, as it’s hidden behind a rock next to the camp’s entrance.
As you enter the area, turn left immediately to find this rock. You’ll find a small walkway that allows you to stand before the boulder, giving you a clear vision of the Rafiki drawing. Some picture angles may slightly clip through the cliffside, so feel free to take a few until you have the full drawing.
Sixth Rafiki drawing – Camp
The sixth drawing is also in the camp area, right next to the hammock you made during Pumbaa’s Relax quest. To find it, approach the hammock and crafting station before turning right toward the cliff wall. You’ll spot it above some leafy bushes.
Seventh Rafiki drawing – Camp
The seventh and final drawing is hidden before a few trees and sugar cane plants. To find it, head into Timon and Pumbaa’s camp with the campfire and leaf beds. Upon turning toward the waterfall, you’ll spot the drawing on a rock. Don’t worry about the sugarcane blocking your view; just try your best to get most of the drawing in your picture.
It’s possible to get both this drawing and the previous one in one picture. However, to be 100 percent certain you gain credit for both, I recommend taking selfies in front of both, just in case one is deemed too far away. Doing this is especially important since the game doesn’t track your progress through the quest menu, giving you no way to tell which ones you’re missing.
Once you take pictures of all seven drawings, return to Timon to complete the quest, rewarding you with a Jungle Crafting Bench to place anywhere in Dreamlight Valley.
