After staring at the grid for a good five minutes, I clicked the Hint button and discovered the word PEAT. This sparked my memory of the word “Homo” next to it. From there, I connected the letters and uncovered today’s Spangram — HOMOPHONES.

Finding the remaining words was straightforward once I had the Spangram. I identified FILL as an easy pick on the right and then connected ATOM, RUSTLE, and WHINNY (which took a few tries) to complete the puzzle.
